A Special Message to the ITcoin Community

This is an open letter to the dedicated members of the ITcoin project community, and it will also serve as a window into this project for those who want to understand the significance of ITcoin to the overall ISITAS project.

First a quick primer: The ITcoin project was launched on September 15, 2025 as a way to raise capital for project ISITAS. Funds raised through the creator fees gained from the trading of $IT are earmarked for the development of the ISIT Game and for promoting the game through social media.

I have attempted to raise funds for the project through various other means, but have not been very successful at any of them. The ISITAS token economy was always intended to be based on crypto, so I decided it was time to try fundraising through a meme coin. I learned about a platform named Pump.fun that made it a simple matter to launch and promote a meme coin, so I just went for it on the spur of the moment (after several years of thinking about it).

This act has set me off on a fascinating journey into the bizarre, twisted world of the Degen meme coin traders, and the ecosystem that has formed around them, including the people in the tiny ITcoin community, to whom the 2nd half of this letter is addressed.

But before going into that, I feel the need to set the stage a bit by expanding on the nature of this Degen meme coin ecosystem I referred to. This is a subset of the larger cryptocurrency ecosystem that focuses on the creation and promotion of meme coins. Unlike major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or the various ‘stable coins’ that have massive infrastructures and functionality, meme coins are simple coins launched on platforms like Pump.fun, Moonshot, or Bonk, with the focal point of each coin being a meme of some sort. The ostensible point is to form a community around the meme. The actual point is for the creators of the meme to extract money from said communities.

The meme coin ecosystem consists of 10s of millions of different coins, with 10s of thousands more being created every single day. The vast majority of these never do anything, but simply languish in obscurity. A few of them will get ‘pumped’ briefly, meaning that some investors will buy it, driving up the price, before the coin creators and original investors sell their holdings and take their profits from the later investors who buy the coin at highly inflated prices, only to watch the price plummet almost immediately after they buy it. This is known as a ‘pump and dump’ or a ‘rug pull’, and it is standard operating procedure in the Degen world.

The term ‘Degen’ is, as you might guess, an abbreviation for the word ‘degenerate’, as in ‘degenerate gamblers’. This is because the meme coin platforms are essentially glorified online gambling sites. Degen traders place their bets on whichever meme coins they think are going to take off and yield 10X, 100X, or even 1000X returns on their money. The vast majority of these Degen traders end up on the wrong end of rug pulls, but every now and then, they strike it rich. It’s basically like playing the lottery.

What they are hoping for is that the coin they bet on becomes one of those that ‘moon’ and actually make it to lunar orbit, meaning they attain a high valuation that sticks because it reaches a critical mass that makes it a social icon. Think Dogecoin, Pepe, SPX6900, or Fartcoin. Or more likely, they are just hoping they can get in on a pump before the dump.

Now, within this sprawling meme coin space, there are undoubtedly a few projects which, like ITcoin, have some actual purpose that they are hoping to fund through their coin. I haven’t actually seen any projects like this, but I’m sure ITcoin isn’t the only one. However, they are exceedingly rare.

Around all the Degen traders and the meme coin markets has evolved an entire ecosystem consisting of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Shillers (promoters), community moderators, and various creative types who cater to the millions of meme coin developers who hope to attract investors. The primary objective of the people populating the ecosystem is to earn USD (though some will take crypto if it’s all they can get) by promoting meme coins.

And within this vast group of coin promoters and supporters are some who are willing to put in their time and effort on a speculative basis into projects they believe in. Generally speaking, that is because they don’t have money to invest, and there is a gigantic imbalance between the meme coin developers who are willing to pay cash for services, and the number of people offering their services.

This last group is the description of the core ITcoin community, and the remainder of this post is my message to them:

To the ITcoin Community,

As I have said many times in our Telegram group, I appreciate all of you very much. And I don’t just appreciate you — I admire you greatly!

Day after day, you demonstrate your belief that goodness and quality can prevail in a corrupt system, like a beautiful flower growing up out of a steaming pile of bullshit. You show this not only with your words, but with your deeds, as you show up day after day to conduct raids, in spite of the fact that all of our combined activities don’t seem to show any tangible results.

Beyond that, I admire your insight, because out of the millions of meme coin projects, you have zeroed in on not only one of the few projects trying to achieve a worthwhile purpose, but the one and only project that is focused on the transformation of our global socioeconomic system to one that is more kind, equitable, and focused on the elevation of life on Earth.

Whether you are fully aware of what you are doing, just operating on instinct, or have been led here through forces none of us can understand, the fact that you keep sticking with the project when it is consistently deprived of the lifeblood of any project — capital investment — is a testament to your quality as a human being, IMHO.

I just want you to know that it is my heart’s desire that you will be richly rewarded for your faith in the ITcoin project, and I will keep working and praying for that to happen. Like all of you, I am a pauper, and I don’t have any funds to invest in $IT or to pay you directly. And like you, I have poured my heart and soul into speculative projects throughout my life. That’s why I relate to and appreciate you all so much.

But while I may not have capital at this point, what I do have is a detailed blueprint for the plan behind ISITAS and the ITcoin, and strategies within strategies to execute on it. I also believe we have angels, spirits, Jesus Christ, and God Himself on our side. And I have the will to see the project through to its inevitable outcome.

And when I am able to send you a boatload of Sol as a reward for your faith and your efforts, that will be a joyful moment for me.

Another thing I love about this situation is that it is potentially such a wonderful story. ISITAS was always intended to be a grass roots organization, and I would so love to see this project spring forth from obscurity based on the efforts of a tiny band of paupers, while all the whales and dolphins, blinded behind their big money bags, miss the boat. That will be so satisfying!

So here’s how I see this rolling out. I am currently pushing the message of ISITAS out into the world through various channels, and I’m going to be making more and more connections. Not in the crypto space, mind you. (You bros are my conduit to the meme sphere.) I’m reaching out to people that probably have little or no interest in meme coins. But I’m going to try and convince some of these people to get their crypto wallet and make their first foray into crypto investing with $IT.

The idea is to bring in the funds to the ITcoin project from the outside. It’s clear that the Degens will only invest in projects with rising market caps (MC), so bringing our own funding to the project is the only way to prime the pump. Once I’ve found enough investors to move the dial significantly, I’m going to take a certain amount of the investment fund and pay my team for their past work before the investments are made. I will then invite the team to be the first ones to buy ITcoin, so they get to buy the coin at the lowest possible price.

After the team has made their investment, I’ll invite the outside investors (that is, the people who believe in ISITAS) to make their investments. The MC will rise rapidly from the investments of a true community, and the Degen whales and dolphins will swarm to it like sharks to blood in the water, driving the price higher and attracting the multitudes of crypto fishies that school (or more accurately, get schooled) behind the whales and dolphins.

That’s when I’ll encourage you, my esteemed team, to take your 100X ROI. If the rest of our community wants to take their winnings at that point, too, that will be fine, though my preference would be for all of you to take a modest reward and let the rest ride.

Of course the whales and dolphins will bail, in accordance with their established routine, and the little fishies who mindlessly follow them will get rugged, as they always do. But the good news for the small fries is that they will be introduced to ISITAS, which will be far more valuable than the small loss on their investment in $IT, if they have the awareness to recognize it.

Meanwhile, the ITcoin project will earn creator fees from the trades as the MC goes up, as well as when it falls back down. Those fees will be used to develop and promote the ISIT Awareness System, including the ISIT Game.

And the MC won’t drop all the way down to its current level. With a real community maintaining an investment in ITcoin, the project will be in a position to attract the attention of whales over and over again.

Ultimately, I see ITcoin establishing a new model for the meme coin space — projects representing real value, where the purpose for raising money is to actually build something worthwhile.
